VIETNAM VISA ON ARRIVAL FEE

The total cost for a Vietnam Visa on Arrival compasses of 2 types of fee: our service fee and stamping fee. Below are the full details of the 2 fees.

Service fee

The fee is paid for our service to handle your Approval letter and will be collected when you submit your online application form.
Note: We will charge accordingly to the type of visa you want to apply and your chosen processing time.

Stamping fee

This is the government fee that must be paid in cash at the arrival airport's landing visa counter or visa upon arrival counter. Stamping fee varies for single or multiple entry:

US$25 for single entry (both 1 month and 3 months)

US$50 for multiple entry (both 1 month and 3 months)

In addition, only US citizens can opt for 6 months or 1 year tourist visa. The stamping fees are listed below:

US$95 for 6 months multiple entry

US$135 for 1 year multiple entry

Afghanistan

We are pleased to inform that Afghanistan is listed in the special nation list of the Vietnam Immigration Department. It takes more time for Vietnam Immigration Department to check carefully and process visa.

In order to process your visa, please contact us via email address service@visa2asia.com and supply us your:

  • Passport scan (personal informative page)
  • Date of arrival and exit
  • Purpose to enter Vietnam: business invitation letter or booking tour voucher of travel agency in Vietnam
  • Flight ticket
  • Hotel booking or staying address

The Vietnam Immigration Department will check your status within 2 days. Then we will inform the result for you. If your visa application is approved, we will send you the notification including the visa letter.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We can help you to process the approval letter to get visa stamp at Vietnam airport. However, the Vietnam Immigration requires you must have more than $1000 USD in order to enter Vietnam. Therefore, you must show in cash or give your card to the Immigration Officer to check if you meet this condition then can continue to do the visa stamp procedure. Please prepare this amount before your departure.

    Unfortunately, you can only pay the service online before arriving to Vietnam. The stamping fee must be paid in cash at the arrival airport.

    Can I pay the visa on arrival stamping fee online with my bank account or credit card?

    The stamping fee for a visa upon arrival must be paid in cash at the arrival airport. Online payments with your bank account or credit card is not accepted.
